How are heavy or bulky pet items packed for shipping? Pet gear can vary from soft plush bedding to heavy structural pieces. To guarantee perfection, every Virellence order is thoroughly sanitized, sealed in heavy-duty eco-friendly protective wrapping, and shipped inside robust, tear-resistant cartons to ensure it arrives completely clean, dry, and ready for use.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your package straight to your doorstep.

Product Fit & Pet Maintenance

How do I choose the right size harness or clothing for my pet? To ensure absolute comfort and escape-proof safety, we provide an accurate Sizing Chart with measurement instructions on every product page. We highly recommend measuring your pet’s neck and chest girth with a flexible tape measure. If your pet is between sizes or has a extra thick coat, we always suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Are Virellence products easy to clean and wash? Yes, 100%! We design for the beautiful, muddy reality of pet parenting. Most of our fabric accessories and bedding covers are fully machine-washable on a gentle cycle with cold water, while our hardware and feeding lines can be easily wiped down or hand-washed with mild, pet-safe soap.

Are your products safe for teething puppies and aggressive chewers? Safety is our core foundation. Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you and your pet to be completely happy! For strict hygiene, health, and flea-prevention safety reasons, we accept returns only on completely unused, un-furred, and unwashed items in their original, pristine condition and factory packaging within 30 days of delivery.
